Don't think about who to blame, think about how to change.

I was speaking with a friend of mine who has a coffee shop in Madrid called Makaan.

He also regards plastic waste as a serious concert for his operations and we had a chat about what are the barriers for small businesses to adopt more eco-friendly ways to manage the products he uses. Nonetheless, for how much he would like to work around the problem, he incumbents into pitfalls that are ingrained in the current production and delivery process. While we were talking, I envisioned all the possible solutions that could be implemented, there are so many problems that need to be tackled, the solutions are many but the limitations are high due to the high barriers for change in a system that is so well established. The alternatives are very little considering the small space.
